Audience self-service dialogs Your audience members can subscribe, manage, forward your e-mails, and unsubscribe (CAN-SPAM law-compliant) all on their own via the self-service dialogs on our website. Purchased, rented, or shared lists are not permitted in the Marketa™ system. Permission List Clean-up Softcorp Marketa™ e-mail marketing specialists can help you clean up any issues you have with your existing permission e-mail marketing list. For example, an old unused list needs to be gently reactivated in order to avoid spam complaints. Anti-spam Law Compliance CAN-SPAM compliance Marketa™ operates in full compliance with the Federal CAN-SPAM law.
